Refund Policy

Our commitment: We sell 100% genuine digital products. If a product doesn't work as described due to our error, we will resolve it — either with a replacement or a refund. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest resolution.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on AiStore Nepal are digital goods (subscriptions, account access, software licenses). Because of the nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive what was described.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The delivered credentials do not work and we cannot provide a working replacement within 24 hours
  • The product received is materially different from what was described on our website
  • Duplicate payment was charged for the same order
  • Payment was deducted but no order was created (payment processing failure)

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • You change your mind after delivery
  • The credentials stopped working because you violated the software provider's terms of use
  • You shared the credentials with others, causing them to be revoked
  • The subscription has been partially used
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The NPR 300 service charge fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

3a. Non-Refundable Service Charge

A service charge of NPR 300 is applied to every order to cover processing, delivery, and support costs. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason for the refund request, including cases where a full product refund is approved. Only the product amount (excluding the NPR 300 service charge) will be returned.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please provide your order code (e.g., ASN-ORD-2025-000123) and describe the issue. We will respond within 24 hours.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated.

6. Replacements

In many cases, we prefer to offer a free replacement of the same product before processing a refund. Replacements are typically provided within a few hours. You may decline a replacement and request a refund instead.
