1. Overview
AiStore Nepal is a digital marketplace operated by Digital Daud Pvt. Ltd. (PAN: 619718228), Dallu, Kathmandu, Nepal. By accessing or using our website at aistorenepal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
2. Products and Services
AiStore Nepal sells digital products including AI tool subscriptions, software licenses, and digital account access. All products are digital — no physical goods are delivered. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use OTP-based email verification — we will never ask for your password. One account per person; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
4. Payments
Payments are processed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) via API Nepal payment gateway. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed before order fulfillment. We do not store card details — payments are handled by our certified payment partner.
5. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered to your registered email address after payment confirmation. Instant-delivery products are sent automatically; some products may require 1–24 hours for manual fulfillment. You are responsible for using delivered credentials responsibly and within the terms of the original software provider.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share purchased account credentials publicly or resell them without authorization
- Use our services for illegal purposes under Nepali law
- Attempt to manipulate pricing, bypass security measures, or interfere with the platform
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or refund policies

8. Intellectual Property
All content on AiStore Nepal — including logos, text, product descriptions, and graphics — is owned by Digital Daud Pvt. Ltd. or used with permission. You may not reproduce or resell our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
AiStore Nepal provides digital products as-is. We are not responsible for service interruptions by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.). Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
